Cement boards are widely used in interiors design, ceiling, outside of building and for different purposes.
they are produced in 2,440mm*1,220mm width and lenght with density of 1,400kg/cubic meter. the thickness can varry from 8-20mm. mainly they are not painted.
the production method is by roll drum and in some different production they produce by autoclave.

water absorbtion: 18%
strength in bending when dry: 16 MPa
strength in bending when wet: 9.5 MPa
shrinkage after 24 hours in water: less than 0.1%
